About us
An association of companies that work behind the camera.
The Association of Valencian Audiovisual Services Companies (AESAV) was founded in 1989 to represent the companies that make film shoots, TV programmes, events and productions possible in the Valencian Community. It is a non-profit organisation and the leading business association for audiovisual services and technical industries in the region.
Today its members cover the whole value chain: camera, lighting and sound rental, sound stages, dubbing and subtitling studios, post-production, outside broadcast units, drones, 3D software, training and production services.
What we do
- We represent the sector's companies before the authorities and institutions.
- We defend their interests and work for better labour and industrial conditions.
- We promote collective agreements, such as the one for dubbing in the Valencian Community.
- We inform about grants, funding and training.
- We connect production companies, agencies and institutions with local technical suppliers.
Our goal
To make the Valencian Community a benchmark place to produce audiovisual content in Europe, with competitive, innovative companies able to attract new projects and investment.
Board of directors
The current board was elected at the general assembly of 2 July 2019 and is chaired by José Manuel Seguí.
