What data we process
This website has no sign-up areas. We only process the data you send us through the contact and membership forms, or when you email us: your name, your company, your email address, your phone number if you give it and whatever you tell us in your message.
Why we use it
To reply to you and, if you want to become a member, to send you information about fees and requirements. The legal basis is the consent you give by writing to us and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
How long we keep it
For as long as the conversation lasts and, afterwards, for the time needed to meet any legal liabilities.
Who we share it with
No one, unless required by law. Our providers process the data on behalf of AESAV with the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): hosting and email (Sered), form delivery (Ideorax, using n8n and Google's email) and visit statistics (PostHog, with servers in the European Union). The forms keep no copy: the message is only sent to AESAV's email.
Visit statistics
To know how many people visit the website we use PostHog, without cookies and without storing anything on your device. We receive the page visited, the language, the device and browser type and where the visit came from. Your IP address and browser are used at the time of the visit to generate an anonymous identifier that changes every day and cannot be used to recognise you; the IP address is not stored. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used in order to improve it. We also measure, anonymously, clicks on contact links, directory filters and form submissions, and we give each member aggregated figures on visits to their profile. We do not store what you type in the forms or in the search box. We do not build profiles of people or combine this with any other data.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by emailing us. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Member data
The contact details of the companies in the directory are business data that each member publishes to promote itself. Any member can ask for them to be corrected or removed.
